Join Thomas Smith & Co. Ltd., part of the PB Group, as a Shipping Executive. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our logistics team and help coordinate import and export road freight shipments while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Purpose

The Shipping Executive is responsible for coordinating import and export road freight shipments while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operational execution. The role involves liaising with customers, overseas agents, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate import and export freight shipments from booking through to delivery.

Prepare and issue quotations.

Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and transport providers.

Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.

Prepare and verify shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customs and transport regulations.

Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service.
