Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility of air / ocean / road shipments, both imports & exports.
  • Quoting of best competitive rates & following up accordingly.
  • Processing of all relevant operations docs.
  • Issuing of invoices upon closure of files.
  • Tracking & monitoring of all transiting shipments.
  • Updating client on a frequent basis.
  • Replacing team colleagues during their leave / sick days.
  • Collation of all shipments’ monthly invoices by the 3rd of the following month (same to be forwarded to client for reconciliation).
  • To always ensure a ‘100% job satisfaction’ by client and achieve feedback from quality questionnaires of ‘very good’ or better.
