Job Summary
In line with our expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Clerk to join our ever- growing team. You will typically handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all bookkeeping functions, including bank reconciliations, posting of invoices, and maintaining accounts receivable/payables.
- Handle detailed reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers, ensuring transparent and efficient financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end related tasks, such as reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing documents and maintaining records of financial data.
- Manage emails related to financial matters.
- Input bank entries and perform bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and skills:
- Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Dynamics will be considered an asset;
- Highly IT literate with good Excel skills;
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Able to work full-time during office hours, Monday to Friday.
