Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team in the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing content and helping to maintain the company's online presence.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the organization, collaboration and participation in marketing events, including trade shows and promotional events.
• Utilise design software to produce visually appealing artwork that supports marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen the organization's social media presence and boost engagement with the target audience.
• Assist in managing online platforms to ensure consistent and up-to-date content.
• Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and report findings.
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of the organization's marketing strategy.
• Assist in creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing plan across various social media platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
• Provide support for the Group’s re-branding exercise, including the creation and dissemination of new brand materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

 

Qualifications and skills:

• Diploma level education (MQF level 5 equivalent) in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• In-depth understanding of the latest digital marketing technologies and strategies.
• Basic proficiency in marketing, branding, content generation and online publishing.
• Highly IT literate
