Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated IT Apprentice/Intern to join our dynamic IT team. This position is designed for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn about IT systems and support services within a professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software;
• Provide first-level support to staff and escalate issues when necessary;
• Assist with network administration tasks and ensure proper documentation;
• Participate in IT projects, including software installations and upgrades;
• Learn and implement cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking;
