As Operations Executive in the logistics department you will be supporting the efficient and effective functioning of operational activities within the supply chain and coordinating various tasks, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for harmonizing and monitoring supply chain operations;
- Ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency;
- Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties;
- Assist in implementing strategies to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals;
- Coordinate activities impacting operational decisions and align them with business requirements;
- Contribute to developing schedules and plans to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
- Support in planning, scheduling, and reviewing workload and manpower to meet targets cost-effectively;
- Assist in managing orders and following up on any interruptions to ensure timely completion;
- Assist in confirming compliance with customs clearance law and health and safety regulations within operational activities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of shipments;
- Collaborate in drafting, implementing, and reviewing operational policies, procedures, and strategic decisions.
Qualifications and skills:
- A diploma level of education in logistics operations will be given preference;
- At least two years in operations management or related roles;
- Data analysis and decision-making abilities;
- Clear communication with teams and stakeholders;
- Able to manage multiple projects efficiently;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office;
- Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
